WHO WE ARE
We are Tammy & Troy Rouse, the owners of 5 Star Garage Door Service! We started 5 Star Garage Door 1o years ago although Troy has been working on and installing garage doors and operators for over 30 years. We take a lot of Pride in our work and I do believe it speaks volumes as to how well we have grown over the past several years. We have 2 Sons, 5 Grandchildren and a Daughter-in-Love. We think the world them! We have been blessed with amazing people in our lives. We love spoiling the Grandies and then sending them home to Mom and Dad haha.. Here is a a little bit about how we got started. We decided 1o years ago to take a leap of Faith and start our own business. Through God we flourished! There have been many ups and downs through the years. Looking back now we see that we were on the right path that was meant to help us learn and grow and becuause of that we are stronger than we've ever been. We have had the privilege of servicing our entire community and surrounding areas. Thank you to everyone of our customers that have referred their friends and family to us and thank you to our returning clients. We would not be where we are today if it was not for you all. . We will ALWAYS treat our customers like our family and go above and beyond expectations. We will continue to be a local, family owned and operated company because our clients/customers are our family and not another number. Our garage door chain broke off at the motor last night, called them the next morning to a pleasant voice on the phone willing to help. Told her what happened, asked for estimates, and was presented with many options. They answered all my questions and they replaced my opener within 2 hours. Absolutely amazing service from the call to the installation!!!! Highly recommend!! Thank you!!
